Master Instructor Bing Luh of Tai Chi Studio of Orange County will teach Yang style Tai Chi, an ancient health program or “moving meditation” that combines gentle, slow and repeated physical movement with breathing and light stretching techniques. Tai Chi builds up the life energy (Chi) circulating in our bodies to strengthen our health and well-being. The class will begin with warm-up stretching exercises to reduce stiffness, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Students will also enjoy deeper mind relaxation throughout the entire practice session.
